1. The aim of the contract
1.1 The customer’s order constitutes an occasion for Spencer Italia S.r.l. a socio unico to conclude a purchase contract. Thanks to the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer unconditionally accepts and carefully observes these general Conditions of Sale, when he/she has to negotiate with Spencer Italia S.r.l. a socio unico. In this case, the customer will be informed by e-mail that the order could not be completed and that the money he/she has paid, will be refunded.
2. Items characteristics and price list
2.1 The essential characteristics of the items are introduced on the up-dated website inside each product webpage. However, the available items images and colours may not correspond to the real ones because of the browser and of the computer screen. All images in this site are only an example. All products will be provided in the colour available in our warehouse.
2.2 Products prices could be up-dated. Prices are always without VAT. The prices are mentioned on our website www.drcollar.eu ready for the order.
3. Shipment costs and delivery
3.1 Shipment costs and delivery are automatically calculated and communicated to the customer at time of purchase.
3.2 Whether the package is visibly damaged, the customer should check at prompt delivery with the presence of the courier and accept the “withdraw with reserve”.
4. Delivery times
4.1 Delivery times could vary according to the availability of the material in the warehouse, to the need to order requested material, to the shipping times and the customs. The customer is informed about delivery time at the moment of the shipment.
4.2 Spencer Italia S.r.l. a socio unico will provide a single delivery which includes all requested items, as soon as possible. Whether the customer wish the partial fulfilment of the delivery, we please him/her to contact the offices of Spencer Italia S.r.l. a socio unico in order to explain the request.
5.1 The items and the shipping costs could be paid by bank transfer at INTESA SANPAOLO S.P.A. – AG. in SALA BAGANZA (PR), IBAN: IT20 M 03069 65894 000000001972, by credit card or by PayPal. Bank transfer must take place within 5 working days from the purchasing date; after this term the order will be cancelled.
5.2 Spencer Italia S.r.l. a socio unico will never use customer’s data for other purposes, but only to complete the processes of sale and to refund the customer whether the products should be returned, or in case it should be necessary to prevent or to report frauds on www.drcollar.eu to police.
6. Cancellation or change of the order
6.1 Whether you wish to delete or modify your order, you have to do it within 24h from the purchase and of course, before you receive the confirmation e-mail of despatch. 10.1 The General Conditions of Sale has to be conform with Italian Law and in particular with the Legistalive Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206, about the consumer benefit code, with a specific reference to distance contracts and to the Legislative Decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 about some characteristics of e-commerce.
10.2 About every problem with the General Conditions of Sale, as stipulated the current law, is expressly agreed the jurisdiction of Foro di Parma.
10.3 In case of contradictions between the sales terms here expressed and the sales terms of the Italian version, the Italian ones will have prevalence.
